FINALLY!
Jesus-tap dancing-Christ! After waiting and following up with the recruiter for the last three weeks...I finally have an Oct. 4th date for more Marine Corps goodness.
After being in the fleet on active, I know I shouldn't be surprised but I am.
Huh...must be getting used to the civilian workplace ethos. When something needs to be done to finish the job, get it done ASAP as time is money.
Marine Corps mentality...When something needs to be done to finish the job, wait for someone higher up to tell you when to start, but be sure to be there fifteen minutes early. Hurry up and wait.
(Oh yeah, Little Dude is in Cub Scouts, the wife got a new job, I got invited to Hawaii, and school is going well for everyone, in case anyone gives a damn)
